The property is located near Taksim Square, and the staff is both professional and friendly. They took great care of us from check-in to check-out. Upon learning it was our anniversary, they provided us with a beautiful room and complimentary sweets. Even the manager, Serkan, was very accommodating, offering us a late check-out when our flight was rescheduled.

Location is very good

The house keeping must be more professional with her work to look every detail in the room as a 4 stars hotel , clean better and hotel must take in consideration to find out a solution for the showers that it fill up with water and go along the toilet , Breakfast is very poor , sometime there is nothing nothing to eat and no option , everyday are the same And sometimes there is no simit that it must be everyday on the turkish breakfast

The hotel was everything I hoped it would be. The staff especially at the reception were amazing and made check in and check out very easy. We were offered late checkout because I was traveling with a baby. Sarkan and Barel were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. The highlight of our trip was the pool and spa as well as the hotel location (walking distance to Taksim Square). I would definitely be booking here again!

It was wheelchair friendly

Check in time was 14:00 .14:30 the room was not ready and continuously telling us that the room will be ready in 20min.They don’t make up the room even we requested to do so. Staff were rude . And cleaner come inside anytime and tell us to get out to clean.

Serkan is the best he help us very well also the staff was amazing and the room was very clean and the breakfast was good Thanks for all

The hotel is sophisticated and beautiful, the staff was treated, especially Mrs. Peril, was cooperating with us in the check-in and check-out process. The price for the quality of services is excellent. In short, I will book it again when I visit Istanbul.

It was a nice hotel near Taksim square and the staff was friendly. We were given an early check-in and a late checkout which was really nice.

Hasan at reception was amazing and made us feel very welcomed. Location was perfect for Taksim Square. Room was a generous size. Good spa facilities and breakfast was ok. Very good price for our stay.

To noisy but that's what you would expect at Taksim Square location.

I loved the view of the Bosphorus from the room. The hotel is very well located, close to Istiklal and the metro station. The staff, especially at the reception, the housekeeper... were fantastic. Aslı was especially sweet with my baby. The hotel was clean, with fresh sheets every day. My requests (baby bed, room on a higher floor) were perfectly accommodated. I highly recommend this hotel!

The only point to improve would be the breakfast.

The property is very clean with great location , very calm.Staff are very helpful and welcoming, specially Serkan at the reception he is very pleasant, very helpful.I recommend this hotel a lot.

Location and one gentleman at check-in was the only good we felt at the property

Room cleanliness, leaking shower cabins, beds and pillows not comfortable, TVs in both room never switched ON, below average breakfast and the rudest restaurant staff experienced at breakfast. Don't allow guests to come in to the restaurant if you want to close breakfast, but when you allow them in don't mistreat them by picking up unfinished plates and cutting supply of drinking water and coffee! Coffee and tea pot were never refilled 20mins before closure.

Serkan and his team were amazing. Any help they could they didn't hesitate to offer. He gave us a free Istanbul Kart to use public transport instead of buying one. Little care that is all matter at the end of the day.

First of all, many thanks to Mr.Serkan, the most hospitable, kind, and problem solver staff in Nova Plaza Orion. The best competitive option is room size compared to the other hotels in this area. Location is also great

Breakfast quality was too poor. Using the leftovers from previous days (exm sausages or boild eggs).The whole week tv didn't work. Wifi has been disconnected for a couple of hours in 2 days.No Iron, no electric cattle, however as soon as I asked Mr.Serkan he provided in a couple of minutes
